Insurance

We accept most Premera, Lifewise, Bluecross Blueshield, Regence, Aetna, Curative, and First Choice plans. We can also provide documentation and superbills for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider as covered by your insurance. We can also run an eligibility and benefits check over the phone prior to booking to confirm if you’re unsure.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. No show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 48-hour window has elapsed are charged the full or otherwise agreed upon session rate. Whenever possible, we will confirm that we received your notice of cancellation.

Your Privacy

We take your data privacy seriously and have adopted these measures that we share with you for transparency. We use HIPAA-compliant phone services, email, and electronic health record (EHR). The majority of our clinical documentation is maintained in hard-copy format in a locked and secure location. All documentation about you is destroyed as soon as we are no longer legally required to retain it. We do not use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools for the generation of clinical documentation. We have opted out of all AI-related features in the Electronic Health Record system (EHR). In the event that such features cannot be opted out of in the future, we will do our best to migrate EHRs to a platform without AI or otherwise rely on handwritten/hard copy notes to keep your records as secure as possible. We will always limit the amount of information we share about you to the minimum amount necessary. Optionally, if you do not use insurance benefits, you may sign a Client Request for Minimal Records form to request that we generate and maintain only minimal treatment records about you.
