I am in-network with Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, Bluecross Blueshield, Regence, First Choice, and Kaiser HMO/PPO. I can also provide documentation and superbills for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider as covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. No show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 48-hour window has elapsed are charged the full session rate. Whenever possible, I will confirm that I received your notice of cancellation.
Ask for Alternative Fee Options
I believe therapy should be accessible to all, and I do offer sliding scale at a reduced rate. Ask about this when scheduling.
