Insurance:
I am in-network with Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, Bluecross Blueshield, Regence, First Choice, and Kaiser HMO/PPO. I can also provide documentation and superbills for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider as covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. No show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 48-hour window has elapsed are charged the full or otherwise agreed upon session rate. Whenever possible, I will confirm that I received your notice of cancellation.

I believe therapy should be more accessible, so I do offer some sliding scale (reduced fee) openings. Please ask about this when you reach out if you believe this would help you.
